Sampras
was the first man to win 14 Grand Slam singles titles (7 Wimbledon, 5 US Open,
2 Australian Open), he was included into the International Tennis Hall of Fame
in 2017.
According
to Forbes, he has estimated net worth $150million. Him and his wife are in the
real estate business.
They
are selling their newly built, custom estate in the guard gated community in Lake
Sherwood, a sub-division of Thousand Oaks, California, Its estimated price has
gone to $19,950,000.
Having
won a total of 64 A grade singles titles which includes 14 Grand Slam and 2
doubles titles, has amassed a total amount of $43,820,489 prize money.
In
march 2000, Sampras hosted the “Pete Sampras Classic” golf event for the
benefit of the Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation, where he serves as a board
member. Tim was Pete’s previous coach who died of brain cancer in 1996. He and
his family established the foundation to assist patients and their families
cope with the illness.
The
event attracted about 30 Hollywood, sports and Media Celebrities and rose over$90, 000 for foundation.
